Orbital tube cutting machine TR70 main features:

  • Bundle loader.
  • Roller feeder for forward movement of tube.
  • Pipe clamping tong, supplied with easily interchangeable wraparound pipe clamping inserts.
  • Fully mechanical tool control (patented) driven by a brushless motor.
  • External vice unit fitted with easily interchangeable wraparound clamping inserts.

Tecno Panamac cutting machines can be optionally fitted with some special additional devices:

– INTERNAL PIPE BLOWER used to remove all residues thoroughly

PNEUMATIC LIMIT SWITCH unit with manual setting or optionally with an electronic axis used to set various lengths on the same bar, so as to optimise throughout and thereby minimise scraps (heads and tails) from bars.  Two limit switch units manual setting can be fitted for the same purposes.

UNLOADING UNIT made up 2 roller conveyor with immediate inclination adjustment, used to provide a firm pipe support and let operators upload from both sides. This means production can be set to 2 different lengths.

– MEASUREMENT CONTROL SYSTEM: after pipe control, this system manages the increase and decrease of the operating units work

MARKING with punches or ink jet.

VERTICAL PIERCING with operating unit 90°.

– TUBE END DEFORMATION, with hydraulic unit, for tube tapering and coning process.

Several cutting line versions are available:

T for pipe machining (inner and outer beveling, boring, flattening, length finishing, etc.) by means of a transfer system with turntable that allows for the execution of multiple processes simultaneously.

Cutting systemo WITH TOOLS
This application uses two or four cutting tools for swarf removal. The system performs high quality cuts in terms of finish, flatness and perpendicularity.
Cutting system WITH DISCS
This system executes the cutting sequence in a very short time with no added swarf. The cutting discs also allow a high production output before requiring a new sharpening process.
