We are pleased to present the new ST20 wire cutting machine: a fully automatic machine for cutting wire from coil.
The machine mod. ST20 has been designed to straighten, cut and process metal wire from a diameter of 8mm to a diameter of 20mm, at the desired length.
It is made up of:
- vertical motorized decoiler with coil diameter adjustment
- rectifier unit
- circular blade cutting head (cut with adjustable speed saw)
- unit group to carry out work on customer specifications
The machine setup takes place quickly via the touchscreen panel.
Optimizations vary according to customer specifications and the product to be processed.
The ST20 machine stands out for its robustness and ease of use.
Optional: the machine can be completed with support for collecting cut bars with product discharge
